This is really the crux of the issue.

Because the real problem with "spiritual experiences" is that they cannot actually be shared or compared. And so what one person calls a "spiritual experience" is what another person simply calls "an important realization they had while on a walk".

If we are going to call anything a spiritual experience, it's best to start calling everything a spiritual experience, so that we don't unfairly favor some people's experiences as more sacred than everyone else's.
