There can never be a universally objective morality because morality must always be defined with respect to the goals of individual, sentient perspectives - which are oftentimes at odds with each other.

By contrast, there are, I think, universally objective rules of collaboration, which can be discovered via academic disciplines like game theory.

I think most people argue for what they want to believe, rather than for what best describes reality. And I think that is very detrimental to us getting along.
