I'd suggest that suffering and happiness are also real - as well as all our sensory experience as such.

What's not exactly "real" is our interpretations of our senses. But the actual act of experiencing them, and especially experiencing the positive or negative value of our perceptions, is the most real thing in the world, and is in fact, what gives life meaning.
