I agree. The right is still way more tribal and illogical than the left.
But I think the left is relatively more tribal and less logical than it was a decade or so ago, and it makes it relatively weaker with respect to the right.

I think most people argue for what they want to believe, rather than for what best describes reality. And I think that is very detrimental to us getting along.
