I agree. All "intelligence" really is, is just the process of - and aptitude for - finding algorithms that are "useful" in attaining a desired goal. And if we are to describe any given algorithm or solution to a problem as "logical", all that really means is that it is predictable, given the desired goal.
For instance, if we want to efficiently walk to our friend's house around the corner, there may be a few "predictable" routes we can take.
There are ways to make the process of finding and testing various routes and algorithms faster than humans can do. But the accuracy or aptitude of any such algorithm will always be within human intelligence to evaluate, given enough time.
