Couldn't you apply this same logic to ANY popular magazine? I feel like if you looked at all the covers from Newsweek, Time, The Atlantic, Mother Jones, Jacobin, or any other popular political magazine, all of them would be propaganda at some level.

Propaganda, in this sense, is ultimately just the advertising of a certain perspective. It seems like, rather than calling their methods bad, you have to instead just look at the actual words and statements made in individual articles, and decide whether they make sense or not.

I think most people argue for what they want to believe, rather than for what best describes reality. And I think that is very detrimental to us getting along.
